My Hektor 73/1.9 is also from 1933 - only slightly "younger" than yours...

Here are a couple taken about a year ago on the M9-P shortly after a CLA that should help further extend its lifetime - hopefully well beyond my own... 😏

Taken with a 5.0 cm f2.8 Elmar on an M9P.  The picture is of a Hector 135mm f4.5 lens head in a ZOOAN short focusing mount on a Visoflex 1 on an M10

Hi, John, did you intend to include a picture?  You can still do so for up to an hour using the Edit button.

I've taken a couple more and cannot see big diffenences apart from the little bit extra flare in the Elmar - maybe due to condition. Both shot wide open on M240 with EVF and  no pp
