james.liam Posted October 6, 2016 Share #2948 Posted October 6, 2016 (edited) Nordvik, to the best of your recollection how accurate are the colors on the images posted? (Excellent B&W conversions, BTW!) Edited October 6, 2016 by james.liam
Nordvik Posted October 6, 2016 Share #2949 Posted October 6, 2016 I think they are as I saw it (but I was obviously not satisfied, as I also made B&W conversions). I live in Norway, and the first picture was taken yesterday at 1351 with WB Daylight in Lightroom (5500/10). Second picture taken later at 1814, I set the WB a little warmer (5900/24). Does the light and colours seem strange to those living further south?

Beresford Posted October 14, 2016 Share #2959 Posted October 14, 2016 (edited) vivitar (nikon mount) 55mm auto macro lens handheld on m240 at f4: How lovely to see some bee hive photography with the Leica. Somewhat off topic, when I brought an M9 into my apiary the little 'darlings' investigating my camera and the lens left proboscis, or perhaps footprint, marks over everything. They were on the oilseed rape at the time and thus a little feisty. Memo to self: use a UV filter around the hives. Your pictures are really lovely. And hand held too!
