The Senior Assistant Keeper of the Clock's Best Friend. Ringing the Death Bell in the clock tower as an unusual contribution to the May Week Concert at Trinity College Cambridge. I've been fortunate to be given photographic access to different aspects of the college's life in the last few years, including the Harris Hawk that is brought in to keep the pigeons off the clock hands, watching the transit of Mercury (projected by telescope and mirror across the Great Court into a dark doorway), and preparations for dinner in the hall. I'm now in the middle of protracted negotiations to spend time in the kitchens.

SL + 24-90, with Godox AD200 flash (balanced on a bookcase above my head).
