How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Romeo- SL & Sigma 45mm @ f4.5 1/30s  50 ISO hand held. 

This is the first Sigma lens I've owned, I'm impressed with this little lens. Based on what I'm seeing,  I really wish Sigma would make a long telephoto in the 400mm range in L mount.  It certainly doesn't look like Leica's  going to produce one.

A beautiful fishing boat in Lofoten 🇳🇴 The weather was awful as you can see, these spots are rain drops on the lens. 67°53'23" N 13°1'27" E

Yes, I remember the weather you had during your grand nordic tour, much worse than normal, unfortunately... But I hope and understand that the SL 16-35 served you well.

I’m not even complaining @helged ... feeling nostalgic and wanting to go back even if it rains again. It is such a beautiful place. I still shoot with the SL, and if I do get the SL2 I will miss the GPS, which affords me to easily member the places I shot at. It’s a pity GPS is gone, I yet need to believe the new Fotos app with geotagging is going to work. i haven’t seen it work.

Colours are unmistakably Lofoten 🇳🇴, and very Leica-esque in my opinion. This was shot in winter near Hamnøy.
