I can only imagine how great all the other photos presented in this thread would look as prints. I'm astounded any time I print from an S at A3 or larger.

I know! Frustrating, isn't it? It's so great printing these files, but they just don't have that impact on the web.

Use web sharpening to do multi-step sharpening is a way to do better job for display. but that is take time and I don't want maintain multiple copy of the images in my LR catalog and flickr pg.

jip did you correct for geometric distortion in the contax 45mm photo?

 

Lightroom automatically applies the Distagon 45 lens profile, I didn't correct anything else since I made sure my lens/camera was aimed straight at the subject (level) a little above the middle (height wise) of the speaker.
