They take place in the Fotomuseum and the Gemeente Museum which are next to each other, and should be reachable from Rotterdam by public transport within an hour or so. It's a lot cheaper compared to the hotels in Rotterdam, and way better than others in the same price range. If you want something with the same quality you easily spend 250-350 per night... while here it's only 70 I believe. There is also the possibility to get a parking spot to go with it.
