Seeing no less than a dozen of these sluts prancing around the pedestrian areas of Times Square yesterday while families with young children were trying to enjoy the day made my stomach churn. I fear that, with an apparent loophole like this in the NYC law, it will only get worse. So therefore it must be stopped for the sake of civility.
