Has anyone any suggestions how I could get some stitching done on my Etrin and also how I could replace the strap? I am in the UK.

 

I ask as I am wondering whether this is a job for a cobbler or whether someone knows of a specialist who undertakes such work .

Hi, nothig to DIY? here is a job aid, using 2 needles, this gives result as is would have been mechanical sawn. Simplified method would be using one needle, optically looks the same.

It took me cca 4 hours to clean old stiches and completly replace all stichings on my Etrin.
