tobey bilek Posted November 1, 2013 Share #4 Posted November 1, 2013 I could use a 50 for a year, any current LEICA fifty. All have advantages. The collapsible Elmar M is a fav.
Stein K S Posted November 1, 2013 Share #5 Posted November 1, 2013 Below is a link to some of the images taken this year with my Leica camera..everyone on the Flickr page was shot with the M9P ...and I love the M9P Flickr: DAVIDFREEMANPHOTOGRAPHY's Photostream Hi and thanks! After doing amatuer photography for 40 years now... I find your posted pictures to be very close to my vision for my "reason-to-do-photography" thing....thanks! Still working (to find time) to confirm/prove my capacity... However, some start to discuss lenses used.... did you use a 50 all over or...? Keep the Cron 50... but love the Elmar-M even more.... David Freeman Photography Posted November 2, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted November 2, 2013 Thanks Stein, it's nice that people are seeing my work..I bought the M9P and 50 Summ 1.4 together last year after months of reading reviews etc.. I've been used to having 50mm lenses all my life and more recently have the Canon 1.2 50 for my canon setup , but just the purity and accurate focusing of the M9P is a breath of fresh air compared to my Canon 1D4 setup and I am now incorporating the M9P into some of my portrait work. Thanks again and to be honest..the M9P is the reason I go out with my camera all the time as it really makes you think about the images you take and has definaletly improved my commercial work 110%
