Phil, this is so nice. The color, the frame, the subject.  And the tilt...makes it even more interesting. Like a beautiful women with a slight squint..

Thank you sincerely Klaus. You're right - it was the tilt that got me. Now I just have to find that squinting woman...

I don´t have access to my scanning set-up at the moment, so here's a negative from early this year.

Faber Castel? 2HB? What pencils did you use for this exquisite drawing with its oh-so-subtle greys?

This is a photo that straight away screams "Steve Walton". Not just because it is exquisitely composed, exposed and presented, but because it smacks of someone who intimately and completely understands what makes a great black and white photograph. As has been commented, one of your best.

Great colour separation. How do you scan and edit your negatives?

They’re Noritsu scanned but I can thank Indie Film Lab for the color corrections. I’ve been working with them for a long time and their editing team is fantastic.

Architectural minimalism perfection (in keeping with the subjects themselves).

What a masterful play of balance with the green tones and sense of depth, really the stroke of "golden hour."
