When Leica announced the Monopan 50 film the discussions here on the Leica Forum seemed to indicate that it is identical or similar to Adox HR 50. Thus I thought it was time to try this film and the associated ADOX HR developer. The results are quite nice, a film capturing lots of details with very fine grain. There's some attention to be paid to protect the highlights, but for the rest it can, in my experience be used just like any other film. Another example photo from the re-enactment of "Operation Market Garden"

Good to see you posting again Doc. The structure of the Eiffel Tower in your picture almost mirrors the reflection of the advertising board in Rog's preceding picture. Nice.

Can't help it, reminds me lyrics from Alain Souchon "regarder sous les jupes des filles". looking under girl's skirt.

Your Pen F is certainly singing a wonderful Diptych tune. Here we go with those lusty diagonals.

Strike up the band for these "re-enactment" views! Telling details with details that tell.

The most interesting photo i’ve seen today.. it’s like an optical illusion

I appreciate the "nudge-nudge." In this collage, I was jockeying with Rauschenberg's combines where he used wooden doors to punctuate the picture plane.
