Continuing to experiment with Tri-X developed in a 50:1 dilution of Rodinal. Ten minutes, gentle agitation for the first minute then three inversions every minute. I did try a 100:1 stand development for an hour but the negatives looked way over developed. I might try a 200:1 and see what happens.

Thank you! And yes, I had fun driving around the Palouse. I was looking for barns and grain elevators. I found a shared google map with many interesting spots, but I could only visit a few of them, because I didn't have much time.

https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=18H80piYJjgBd4mGuQ4WuN2QiQ7A&hl=en_US&ll=46.799780937070935%2C-117.23468265148405&z=10

I guess one of the most famous spots is the Liberty Barn. I shot it with different films, in this case Fuji 4791 (ortho) with a Nikon N80 + Nikkor 35/2.

That is a handy map and I have used it in the past.  I used to live close by in the town of Odessa.  I live a little further west now in Yakima.  Less grain more fruit.

So, nice shot again.  I like the way the grasses frame the old car.  I don't think I have shot that barn for some reason.  This last trip we stayed around Steptoe Butte and Colfax but the weather did not cooperate to my liking.
