Â Steve, I understand your point. I always think of parts of the Heights & Fordham Road as my NYC version of Paris. I remember as a little child being in those places & visiting relatives, before a Yankee game or visiting an old age home where my Russian grandparents were in their last years. It has an ancient, almost mystical power over my sensibilities. I do find the residents of the Bronx & the Heights a ton more friendly than Parisians.
