NikonJeff Posted June 4, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted June 4, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have a Billingham bag thats really nice, but it's heavy and has a zipper in hat runs full length of the bag dead center. I'd like something that is capable of keeping my M9 accessible but that keeps the lenses protected and "in place". Â I've tried doing a couple of different searches but have come up empty handed. Thanks! Jeff
Advertisement Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Hi NikonJeff, Take a look here Best carry bag for M9, 2 lenses + accessories?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
*j-w-m* Posted June 4, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted June 4, 2012 Domke F-5XB works for me. I ordered some extra dividers direct from the company for additional padding on the ends. Fits M9 with 35 Summicron, 50 Summilux and WATE although the viewfinder makes it a tight fit. Should be perfect for 2 lenses and accessories.

It is the perfect field bag. The F-5XB also works as a belt bag, though it is better at this when your M9 is worn over the shoulder.
johnbuckley Posted June 4, 2012 Share #14 Â Posted June 4, 2012 The Oscar's One Day Bag is great. But so is the Evans Walker by A and A. Â I do very much like the Wotancraft City Explorer, as it is stylish and practical (if you take out the inner lining which reduces it to one camera, one lens.) Â For a slightly bigger bag, the Oma Union Street bag, which I found at the Leica Store in DC, is wonderful. But it is perhaps more for how you transport your gear to your vacation spot, rather than an ideal walk around bag, at least for me.

NikonJeff Posted June 5, 2012 Author Share #16 Â Posted June 5, 2012 Thank you for all the suggestions. After trying to research the actual Billingham bag I own, it appears that it is missing several insert components so I'll invest in a couple of those before I spend $250-400 on a new bag. Â I now know how my wife feels about shoes Jeff
