There's an interview of Jean-Pierre Jeunet floating around somewhere on the internet about his approach to this ad. (Yes, he's the genius director of Amelie Poulain).

In it I remember him saying something to the effect: only the simplistic design of the Leica camera complimented Audrey's beauty...

If I find the interview again I'll be sure to link it.

But who can blame her, stepping out of, I think, Sirkeci Station in Istanbul :)

Well, that's a tricky one. Orient Express normally arrives at Sirkeci Station (the European side of Istanbul), but the station she steps out of is Haydarpasa actually (the Asian side). Bosphorus Strait is the barrier between these two stations. :)

Haydarpasa Station is a wonderful building, so I don't blame them for not being that accurate!

Thanks! I already doubted my self, because in the clip the outside of the station towards the Bosphorus was so open and uncluttered.

Magical places: must go back:)

90 APO-Summicron-M-ASPH.

Telltales: engraving of lens name/serial number is on the lens shade, rather than around the front element. Aperture ring beings with a single digit ("2") rather than a decimal ("1.4"). See frame capture from the ad in the link in post #3.

Seeing the ad, I suddenly got a vision of an M10 1,5 bigger than an M9. Audry is so small, that the camera looks really big. Might the size of the M10 body be that way to a bigger person , what is is to Audry and still have a nice look?

Think of the possibilities of the sensor and everything!
