the number of available bags is just slightly smaller than the number of possible destinations on your world trip :D.

fyi, the main compartment of this bag (embags, from hamburg) measures just 26 x 16 x 18cm (H) and easily holds your choice of three lenses plus the camera, plus light meter, flash, filters, batteries, etc. in the three outside pockets.

good luck

I use the Thinktank retrospective 5 myself, it holds m8+28mm summicron,

i have room for 2 maybe even 3 more lenses.. i currently only have a 50 summicron and i have 1 big space left for something else.. like a small tripod or extra lenses

i love the bag, it can be made silent to open.. if you do not want to do that then it gets locked by velcro straps.

easy to acces and a lot more affordable then domke/billingham or artisan & artist bags..

I'm have been looking without luck to buy a small discreet bag to carry my M9, 35 & 75 lenses.

I think the best so far has been the Artisan & Artist bag, but at £200 I find it a bit expensive for a basic fabric bag. I don't want anything too big, that was why I purchased the M9, to then put it in a DSLR bag would be daft!

Any help would be great!

There are so many great bags out there now, we are spoilt for choice. Many, like the Billingham range, are of exceptional quality and will last a (hard) lifetime. They can even be expanded with clip on pouches if need be. It really is down to taste and style. For me, I found the easy access provided by the Billingham Pro range to be excellent, and they don't look too bad in black.

But £200 expensive? Not when you have eight grand worth of equipment inside it. Put that lot in a cheap bag at your own peril.

I have bought a Billingham Pro insert for a bout £35 and I'm looking for a bag to put it inside (I am using an old messenger bag at the moment and it is unfortunatly fractionally to short, so the flap sits high)

The Barbour Tarris cases are a perfect fit (I have tried in shop), so I'm thinking about something different for the look so not obviously photography.

Any Scottish photographers the tartan material bag is very nice indeed ;)

Domke F5Xb holds M8 + 35 attached. 21 2.8 pre ash, 25 CV 50 2.8 coupled with 94.0 macro. Cut off the Domke label.

Large Billingham Hadley for more .

I have a backpack for even more. But the Domke is a favorite for M camera + lens + 2 more lenses.

+1
