This is very uncharacteristic of me but I just felt obligated to make a contribution to you guys for all the great information I have received from this site. I am not the brightest bulb on the tree and figuring out some of this stuff is difficult for me and it's great to have a place to turn to where answers are available.

Couldn't agree more. Coming into the world of Leica in November last year, I would have found life much more difficult and less enjoyable had it not been for this forum and the willingness of knowledgeable forum members to answer my (sometimes dumb) questions.

Well Keith after trying to figure out what malapropisms meant I think I burned out a few more bulbs!

 

I googled malapropisms and found some hilarious ones.

A couple I found particularly amusing are:

 

- Fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down.

 

- Couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
