Ford's Theater, Washington. But war has it for sure. And I am away from my dusty old archives.

 

Sorry, I was holding off because I didn't have anything ready.  I'll post this hoping that it's not too difficult with some hints to start.  The house was built on the East coast  of the US for a very famous author in his later years and the house is restored to museum quality but is no longer in its original location.

You can find this author's name on the front of most US dictionaries.

This 1822 house was moved from New Haven Connecticut to an outdoor building museum in Michigan that was founded in 1920 by the man who introduced the assembly line to industry..........

This building is very well known, I'm going to start by posting some views of it most people do not see. I had to book a ticket 6 months in advance of my visit to get this interior shot.
