Hello Jim,

Could we be in Belton? Which seems to be reasonably far from El Paso, by the way.

Best Regards,

Michael

No sir. I live in Temple about a mile from Belton. Tis not here.

Texas is approximately 850 miles tall and 850 miles wide. Everything is just down the road a piece.

I've been ignoring this thread for a while. Why? Too many US buildings which mean I and probably a lot of UK/EU folks are virtually excluded. The same can happen in the other related threads, although perhaps not so much to the exclusion of us on this side of the pond.

Time for a non-US building thread, perhaps?

I understand how you feel. It's the same with many buildings from Europe when it happens. We are excluded. All people on this forum are not from one continent.

Hello Everybody,

Interesting discussion going on here.

I think 1 of the nicer parts about all of the different "Where in the World" Threads is that there ARE photos of many different places from many different people from many different places from all over the World. I wish there would be even more photos from even more different places. Everything someone sees from someplace they never even knew existed before is something else they are lucky enough to learn about.

For me the challenge is to figure out where a building or a mountain or a someplace/something is that I don't have a clue about.

I don't use things like Google Maps. I try to figure where in the World something is from climate, geology, architecture, flora, etc.

Very nice games that make you think & help you to learn. Both at the same time.

Best Regards,

Michael
