Both are fine shots. Which do I prefer? Not a fair question. You have different lighting conditions that may in itself effect the color appearance. I can't say that I like one more than the other.

As you know, i still shoot with film with all my 3 SLR cameras

 

Here is a picture taken this week end of a fresh poppy :)

this color reminds me the red of M9

as I said before the red of the M9 is not far from the red of Portra
