If you look at a map this narrows it down quite considerably, there aren't that many roads East of Ontario and not too many of them have names!

Labrador is reasonably big & I haven't got a clue as to "where".

There are only a few major roads in Labrador, it shouldn't take much to narrow it down, but I will add that only just over 400km of this road's 1250km length is actually paved, the rest is gravel, as is the section in my photograph.

I think that there are probably people out there.

 

You have picked a nice picture with all sorts of possibilities that should make it interesting for people to track down.

 

It may just be a Holiday Time Lull brought about by people's participation in parties & all sorts of family gatherings.

 

Hopefully soon some other people will come by & join the goings on here.

I'm thinking the same Michael, I'll just leave this one up, the research necessary to find the name of this road brings up some fascinating reading, and some ideas for some road trips!

 

I'll be spending a couple of days visiting my Father-in-Law in Arkansas, other than that I have two weeks off work, most of which I intend to use for catching up on some digital photo processing and film developing and scanning.

I have been invited to 1 party. Otherwise my life is pretty much the same every day.

 

I work at a job that does not have much in the way of time off. It's called a "family business". It is 1 of those places where, when you go to sleep at nite, the nite crew doesn't seem to get that much done & when you get up in the morning the World is pretty much the same that it was when you stopped working last time.

 

I hope you have a good visit with your family & enjoy your time off.
