It's the view out of the hotel room window at Hilton Helsinki Strand hotel - towards the east and towards Russia. - It was a good guess: the Russians are some very eager ice fishers! Â 400 miles east of Seattle would put one somewhere around northern Montana--hardly an area know for heavily polluted air.
