I assumed that was the case, but it is also my favorite - it is really quite special. It's interesting when a photo that seems so so to the photographer is the one everyone else just loves. For me the third (which has many excellent qualities) has just too many elements and I tend to prefer simpler compositions. Justa matter of taste.
