When I saw your first shot I thought that it was a Singer but each subsequent photo has made me less confident!

Stick with your first instinct and right you are. 1953 Singer SM1500 type 4AD silver paint and all. Mine as a matter of fact. Great fun in my college days. Due to the folding windscreen, I was the only student at UCLA that had all weather covered parking. Along side the engineering building was a WWII Mitsubishi Zero and with the windscreen folded, I could just fit under the wing and crawl out of the car dragging my books behind me. Here is the full picture with head badge showing, as well as a stock photo of a red one off the internet showing the original grill.

As for the remarks about the dimpled skin, it's a scan of an old B&W photo that had a number of cracks and scratches and my removal wasn't exactly perfect, but what is except my M8?

The next car is on you. :)

Thank you, Pete! Lets go to the next one.

In contrary to the two visitors which are looking in the other direction, I found this car quite interesting. Fortunally, there was an information table with some explanations - which you cannot see for some reasons ;-)

Nevertheless - can you name the car? Marque and model, please!

Cheers, Andreas

Until I saw the spoked wheel I too thought it was a Bug. It seems to be painted a light color (German racing silver or French racing blue), so it is unlikely to be an Alfa. Something German, I suppose would be most likely.
