I think you might know a thing or two about cars.  This one is a '35, virtually identical to the '36.  I'll bet you can get the extra credit, too.

I thought that this Packard belonged to Prince Rainier's father Pierre Duke of Valentinois. Because he is rarely talked about in Monaco, having been outed as gay and divorced Rainier's mother, Princess Charlotte of Monaco in Paris in 1930. Both being gay and divorced made him persona non grata in Monaco and Charlotte's father threatened to shoot him if he reappeared in Monaco after the divorce. He was permitted to return to Monaco in the mid 1930's and granted a pension by his former father in law.
