a.j.z Posted September 10, 2019 Share #12553  Posted September 10, 2019 Nigel, it appears that you are on the right track or even know the car. Don't you want to proceed or give hints? I should have mentioned that Suzuki is close at least geographically.

John Z. Goriup Posted September 14, 2019 Share #12556  Posted September 14, 2019 The color should immediately identify the country of origin, and I might add that very few were produced, all intended for racing at LeMans. Make and model, please. Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! John Z. Goriup Posted September 14, 2019 Share #12558  Posted September 14, 2019 Not a Fiat nor an Abarth.. As an additional hint, only three of this model were ever produced. During the same period, the same manufacturer also produced some enclosed two-seater sports cars, some of which were pure racecars , with the remainder of the cars suitable and legal for road use. .................and another photo to help. I’m struggling with lack of notifications/threads/alerts with the forum so didn’t follow up......
John Z. Goriup Posted September 15, 2019 Share #12560  Posted September 15, 2019 A photo to help illustrate the hint / text above in post # 12558. The photo below is NOT of the mystery car, but rather it's of one of the racing coupes this renowned designer of Italian race cars built under his own name to compete at LeMans, to help make a connection to the 'puzzle car'.
