It is an Alfa 156 - the World Touring Car Championship version of 2004 at Francorchamps. It's Gabriele Tarquini's car on which they switched the engine after the race before the car went on the trailer.

 

I also join a picture of Giovanardi's car who had to retire from the race after a collision and his car was damaged.

Correct, it's a 1953 Siata 208 but definitely not a Ferrari, athoough some at the time did refer to it as a "Baby Ferrari" due to its lovely, sporting design. Has a two liter Fiat V8 engine with a Bertone body. Actor Steve McQueen used to own one, while another won the 1960 SCCA F Production National Championship. Your turn, kokoshawnuff.
