I really had to think twice because the hub caps were shouting "Opel" in my brain but I couldn´t think of the special model (the one I mentioned looked a bit similar than your shot). Could be a good hint, but I´m not 100% sure if the 1000 S 2-door limousines with Panorama-front screen have a "B-Säule" (center pillar). The 4-door limousines have, this is sure.
