NB23 Posted December 27, 2009 Share #91 Posted December 27, 2009 Extremely difficult to choose and foremost, to understand what is a "most Leica image". But since I haven't uploaded my website for more then 2 years now with about 80 pictures waiting, here is one from the 75 summilux that made me understand how good and unique that lens is, in the right light. epand56 Posted February 22, 2010 Share #93 Posted February 22, 2010 This is very Leica to me, I love it very much. M8 + Summilux 35/1.4 Asph.
gverdon Posted February 22, 2010 Share #94 Posted February 22, 2010 Hadn't seen that thread... very interesting although I don' even have a starting clue about the Leica shot concept... Nevertheless, among beautiful pictures, this lat one is stunning: I love the curling hair movement, which amplify the whole motion of smiles, looks and gestures toward the breed. A great shot indeed. Cheers, Gérald
melissah Posted February 23, 2010 Share #95 Posted February 23, 2010 This is very Leica to me, I love it very much. M8 + Summilux 35/1.4 Asph. for me this is the only image in the whole thread that illustrates mid-century leica. wonderful shot. i could look at it all day. would like to have a print hanging where i prepare for the day incase im entertaining the idea of going out sans makeup! best, melissa

surfer dude Posted February 23, 2010 Share #97 Posted February 23, 2010 Great thread - there are some really wonderful and inspiring images here! This has a 1950s Leica-type feel to me. Actually, had it been taken in the 1950s I probably would have gotten less grief about photographing school students. Mind you, I might not have been born yet. Rolo Posted February 28, 2010 Share #100 Posted February 28, 2010 Azzo, My all time favourite. Honestly. That's the image that made me realise there could be a photographer behind the camera. Years later .........
