now that you mention this, I had this very sample in my hands (including the motor drive) and was simply stunned at how well it handles. It's not a lightweight, that's for sure, but it is so well balanced that it just feels right, and not downright heavy. You are actually able to hold fairly long exposure times steady, say 1/30s for example. From the looks alone you couldn't tell it handles so well, and in fact would be tempted to swear otherwise :)

I do not know how to display photos of my leicaflex sl + 35 summicrom + 50 summicron + 90 summicron.

 

However, I do have great confidence in the power of human imagination.

Here's my R3 MOT & 50 Summicron, which I've owned from new. A very underrated Leica IMO.
