We just returned from a camping trip in Yosemite, unfortunately we were between storms, so there was only old icy snow on the valley floor, and nothing on the walls or trees. Oh well. Of course the storm is coming in this afternoon, as we are driving out, but our vacation is over.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments.

K-H, thank you for posting the previous link.

Jay, going to the Monochrom class put quite a dent in the credit card, but it was so worth it.

Paul, I fuss over the "long drive" to push through the traffic around San Francisco, but once you roll through the entrance gate, every traffic jam melts away.

Platypus, thank You.

Thank you to each of you for your kind comments. I must admit when I open these Monochrom files (and pixel peep), I am amazed at what is revealed. The night sky, in particular, was exciting to see; it reminded me just a bit of being in the darkroom and pulling a print from the third tray, hoping for the perfect one.
