Dear all.

I really enjoy this forum a lot and would like to share some pictures with you made with my Leica MM.

Hope you like (at least some of) them :)

I hope you don't mind me posting again. I've just updated my site, adding to the general photography section and also added a new section covering my drama film set photography.

here's my review of my first couple of days using a rangefinder camera. It happens to be an M9 so you guys may be interested in looking at it even though, you should know this camera inside out now. The main reason I wrote this review is for people who can't afford a new M system and want but hesitate taking the plunge into the RF world.

hope you enjoy the reading but also the images included. Just 2 days of usage so be gentle on me ;-) comments are most welcome as always.

Hi all.

Here are some of my photos taken on the M9 and Monochrom using either a 35mm Summicron ASPH or a 50mm Summicron V5

I hope you enjoy.

Alan.

Thanks Alan. I do like them. It's 50 years since I was in Jerusalem. Your images are a great reminder of my year there. I'm a bit concerned that it has changed too much for my liking. FWIW, on a recent trip to HK, I decided to supplement my modern Lux with a 1950's vintage Summaron to get a different rendering and softer Bokeh. Loving the M9 for two years now.

What a great resource, there is some great work here & I've only gone back two pages (New Year's Eve, slow news day at work).I'm not sure I'd stand comparison to what I've seen from Korbi77, iamwhatigram & paulholland27 but here are my efforts.

Have had an M9P for a few months having worked through film M's & done a bit of buying & selling to get here. The last digital cameras I used were a Nikon D700 & a Fuji XE-1 & as good as they were, this is dynamite where it matters for mine - creating the image you want to create with complete control (and culpability). As much as you can love a tool, I do.

Most recent blog posts & some of the galleries are M9P, I'd say in a year or so, most of it will be.

Cheers.
