I got the 5D Mark II because there is no R10, otherwise that's the direction I would have taken. I'm very happy with the Canon and now considering a second used R lens, something in the range of a 35mm, perhaps a Summicron or another Elmarit? Since this camera can get outstanding results at high ISO's, a fast lens is no longer imperative, and the slower lenses are smaller and lighter which on the Canon 5D II makes it less bulky.
