ah yes swamiji, but enlightenment is infinite - limitless.......

But I hope to swing an M9 even if it's past my money limits!!!

Enlightenment is also formless.

Luckily the M9 not past my money limits... but it is still daunting.

swamiji,

Yes indeed......I just wanted to see if you would note that!!!!

An S2 is definitely beyond my monetary limits but its best for my needs.....

Swami B once said ...."do you always let inanimate objects control your life?" Well, not as much as I used to, but sometimes!!! Yes!!!

Of course... I assume you mean Swami Beyondananda.... S2 is beyond my purpose... So money or not, it's not on my agenda

Might be some interesting arbitrage possibilities if the US version comes in at $7,000 and the UK version (with VAT) at £5000. I could order an M9 from B&H and have it sent to my non-New York home (no sales tax), carry it to the UK, drop it off with a pre-arranged British buyer, spend a week in London with an extra $100 a night to spend on a hotel, and give the buyer a $600 discount...

Not that I would ever do that, because it would be morally wrong.

Patience is a virtue. Someone will have to sell their mint one for less soon enough. Most Leica enthusiats treat their equipment with care.
