The D-Lux 4 has become my companion when I do not need to have the M8 with me. I like the 16:9 view. Captured this during my evening walk along the beach.

Stunning, great drama, well done. I feel the same way about the DL4, therefore I shoot more photos with it than my M8.

I agree with Virgil, very dramatic image.

 

The only time I find DL 4 difficult to use is in extremely bright light situations. I had a trip to the desert recently and this camera was totally useless there. Then, you have to have a viewfinder to bypass dependence on the LCD screen . Other than this extreme situation, the camera is an absolute joy to have around.
