That is correct! Your turn.

I took that photo from the Palm Springs aerial tramway (“the largest rotating aerial tramway in the world”), which takes you near the San Jacinto Peak (10,834 ft/3,302 m), from the Sonoran desert to alpine forest. You see the Coachella Valley and the San Bernardino mountain chain further in the distance. The San Gorgonio Pass between these two mountain chains, where the wind farm is located, acts like a funnel and is one of the windiest places in North America.
