Advertisement Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Hi osscat, Take a look here Xin Nian Kuai Le. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted January 27, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 27, 2009 Peter - Regardless of how good this photo is, and regardless of how justifiably proud you are of it, the rules are only photos made with Leica lenses, Leica cameras or both. If those were not the rules |'d have long ago flooded the Forum with my favorite pre-Leica photos, which you can see at... oops. Stop that.. Please, just photos that meet the rules. osscat Posted January 27, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted January 27, 2009 Its Chinese New Year Stuart - Happy New Year THAT was the message - sadly your response has ruined the sentiment. If one cannot send good wishes by use of an appropriate visual message on photographic forum then we are all the poorer. As a tutor once said to me: Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the strict adherence of fools. I shall review whether or not there is a better way to use my time than posting on this forum. azzo Posted January 27, 2009 Share #4 Posted January 27, 2009 Peter, Let me try and explain. I'm sure that Stuart didn't understand your message since he doesn't speak nor understand Chinese. I mean, we all know that he can write and speak English, French, Italian, Portugese, Russian and MALTESE but not Chinese, I'm afraid. At least, not yet. There might be more languages he might know too. Hope this explains and that you'll stay here with us.
underground Posted January 28, 2009 Share #5 Posted January 28, 2009 The moderator has a responsibility. I have had a photo removed here for poor judgment on my part. Hang out! were all pretty good people here.
