dfoo Posted January 3, 2009 Share #21 Posted January 3, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) In Canada I can get C-41 24 exposures processed and printed for $3.89 Canadian (about $3 USD). Scan to cd adds $2 I think.

Guest darkstar2004 Posted January 3, 2009 Share #22 Posted January 3, 2009 Develop your own, its simple: Developer, stop bath, fixer. From there, you can have the negs scanned onto a CD and have digital prints made to simplify the process, or you can print your own the old fashioned way. Michael-IIIf Posted January 13, 2009 Share #27 Posted January 13, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Processing your own film is not as good a life experience has seeing your children born. and a lot less expensive.
Ludwig Gretch Posted January 13, 2009 Share #28 Posted January 13, 2009 I paid eight quid for develop and scan only (no prints) of a roll of C41 colour film today Because there are fewer and fewer places to do this service, the prices can get pretty high. However, if you can persuade Tesco to do this, they will do it, with added scratches, for less than £2 My local Tesco developes my roll of C41 for 99p.! and no scratches-so far!....take it in the morning, and pick up in the evening, don't no about a scan though - I allways do my own.Dave. PS Jessops - about £4 for 1hr. service!
Michael Hiles Posted January 23, 2009 Share #29 Posted January 23, 2009 Processing your own film is not as good a life experience has seeing your children born. I agree - but it beats the hell out of Christmas dinner with a second cousin.
