I am proposing Nov 29 as THE date so as to avoid too much clash with Christmas shopping etc. Tentatively Ivor has agreed for us to meet at Red Dot (opening specially for this) prior to us proceeding onwards. Keep an eye out here - once I get back from Krakow I'll be looking into it further, but it's likely to be Sat 29 Nov or Sat 13 Dec. Date will be the 29 November as that seems to be the more favoured date. Tentatively the meet time will be around 11 - 11:30am (tbc). Other arrangements to follow..
