I tried Topaz however at the end of a minimal edit there were blemishes all over. So Enhance or Denoise might be the best way to tame the unruly grain size, if ever there was a time to use 200,000 Iso It was dark in my kitchen some light coming through slightly pulled back curtains a good ten meters away.
