M11 for me Posted October 2, 2024 Share #2 Posted October 2, 2024 Did you "delete" the camera in the BT settings of your iPhone/iPad? I do not have the Q3 43 but the Q3 and with this one it works fine. So in your case there is something else. Hope it works.

In the Camera AND on the Smartphone the Bluetooths connections should be removed. Then Restart the connection process

GregDLipps Posted October 2, 2024 Share #7 Posted October 2, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) I had the same issue initially - then realized I had to update the Fotos app - once I did, the 43 was showing and connected without any issue. Have also connected seamlessly multiple times since.
egrossman Posted October 2, 2024 Share #8 Posted October 2, 2024 I had difficulties setting up the Q3 43 with bluetooth so in the end opted to connect the camera via USB-C to complete the configuation.

Configuring using USB-C is much smoother. I did it the first time with Q3 43.
