Q43 impossible to connect by WIFI

i have tried many time to connect my Q43 with iPhone and iPad , reinstalled te app a few times, impossible to connect by WIFI

do you have the same problem ?

Did you "delete" the camera in the BT settings of your iPhone/iPad? 

I do not have the Q3 43 but the Q3 and with this one it works fine. So in your case there is something else.

In the Camera AND on the Smartphone the Bluetooths connections should be removed. Then Restart the connection process

I restart the process with cable first or directly bluetooth ?

I had the same issue initially - then realized I had to update the Fotos app - once I did, the 43 was showing and connected without any issue.  Have also connected seamlessly multiple times since.

I had difficulties setting up the Q3 43 with bluetooth so in the end opted to connect the camera via USB-C to complete the configuation.

Configuring using USB-C is much smoother. I did it the first time with Q3 43.
