fotografr Posted September 3, 2024 Share #1 Posted September 3, 2024 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I was walking near the lake yesterday and saw movement on this thistle. When I looked closer I saw that a Chickadee had become hopelessly stuck to it and was trying desperately to get free. I carefully extracted it but when it was free I realized it had struggled to hard to get free that one leg had pulled almost entirely away from its body. I got it to the point where it could fly off, but it was unable to perch on any branches so it kept fluttering to the ground. There was nothing else I could do for it and I'm sure its a goner by now. 😢 D-Lux 8 Welcome, dear visitor!
