For DNG I find DxO PureRaw4 to be astonishingly good. For jpeg or DNG Topaz PhotoAI is good but not quite in PR4 league.

best reviews I’ve seen outside of Leica has been  for the Sony RX100 VII

The challenge with the Sony is that menus feel like they were put together by someone using Letraset in a high wind. Whereas the Leica menus feel very organized in the way you shoot, like "Mise en Place".

In low light the Sony images look like granola. I'm sure with both cameras and a Denoise program they should be usable to at least 6400.
