Maybe the Op/Tech mirrorless wrist strap or their SLR strap:

Though I'm dubious about using what amounts to a bit of string to secure the strap to the lug of a heavy camera - as with all these non-metal connectors, including the Peak Design, you'd need to monitor it carefully for wear.

The SL cameras don't need wrist straps with split rings. They have lovely wide strap lugs like cameras should and not like the M or Q cameras. I kind of like the rock and roll wrist straps on my SL3.

Mind you I do use the Peak Design straps but connect them to the tripod plate rather than the camera body.

Peak Design lug strings have yellow and red internal layers which will warn against wear.

I use the Leica hand strap that came with my old Leica R8+motor winder. It only works if you also use the battery grip but I like the handling of the SL better with the grip anyway. The hand strap feels very secure and easy on the hand.

The Sling2-L that @Donald M posted will work both with and without the battery grip.

I was kind of shocked, I bought a nicely used SL2 with RockNRoll strap.

It doesn't have a whole lot of metal near the camera anchor, but some. Enough though to make scratches in the paint.

I have peak design strap too but those plastic clips, when I transport my camera with the straps on, for instance to put it in my car seat, there's friction all the time.

So i understand your question!
