Oh; now I  get what you meant! …. What you are suggesting is very possible. Unfortunately, many people go through that nowadays, and I never found that attractive at all; they look as if they had a fight with Frazier! lol

Actually, not Botox, which is injected to slightly and temporarily paralyze areas of the face to reduce wrinkles.  I think what you're referring to is collagen injections to plump out the lips, a look I do not like but is quite popular.  You'll see many young women posing with their lip puckered, aping the collagen look.
