I don’t mean that as an excuse, really these things shouldn’t be crashing at all but I wouldn’t let it inhibit me from having one. Leica are working hard on the firmware and there’s no sign of them resting in their laurels in this regard currently. 

Yes thanks for your comment, I was thinking maybe the SL3 but after holding both in the west end store I was lost, it’s just beautiful and so small and light in comparison, which is why I got the 10 and lenses in the first place.

I’ll cut down on screen time to improve my eyesight!

Hoping these questions are considered on-topic for this thread:

1. Does the use of the Maestro IV on the Q3 43 suggest the M11’s Maestro III might make it underpowered? Or is that extra power on the Q3 just needed for the autofocus and perhaps other processing needs not on the M11?

2. I’ve read suggestions on the forum that new M11 purchasers should do a “stress test” to determine whether their brand-new camera exhibits any freeze issues prior to any dealer return period. What would be a good stress test?
