The Contax 2.8/135 is perfect for portraits and is of outstanding quality. No plastic feeling at all. It is razor sharp and has a wonderful bokeh. There was almost no post processing, only a bit contrast, light, shadows, face. I have the Novoflex adapter but I do not know whether there is one for the SL. Maybe you can find it on their website. It is a fine lens for street photography and landscape, as it is very sharp but I agree that it is not a lens for flattering portrait. I have ordered a used Contax 135 f/2.8 right after seeing this portrait of Lìgia as it is a totally different lens.
