timmylima Posted September 14, 2023 Share #1 Posted September 14, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello!I just got the q3 about a month ago, love the camera but something is bothering me. I find myself cranking up the wb to get “normal” tones(around 8000 or more). If I choose a daylight setting (5500) in capture one the image just turns to a greenish tint…is this normal?toughts about this…thanks https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6bokk7ssoizo8jz/AAAZsN-Kk4Q6UscY0ml0UwTxa?dl=
Advertisement Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Hi timmylima, Take a look here Q3 WB. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted September 14, 2023 Share #2 Posted September 14, 2023 Set the camera to AWB and use that to begin with. If you have a greenish image your tint slider is set wrong. Temperature degrees K controls yellow-blue.
timmylima Posted September 14, 2023 Author Share #3 Posted September 14, 2023 I always shoot it awb…but in capture one and even Lightroom it reads higher values of wb. I have images that are around 10000k in capture one
timmylima Posted September 14, 2023 Author Share #4 Posted September 14, 2023 So my question in fact Is if it is normal to have an image that reads natively, from its awb, a kelvin value higher that 8000k?I have some pictures with values around 10000…shooting in awb…
