stuny, are you still in Paris ?

Find some spare time to buy chocolate from Patrick Roger. There are 7 shops in Paris.

If I may give an advice: try  a box of "Couleurs" (half dome of chocolate with soft filling).  A bit expensive but not for connoisseur...

Thank you, but no longer in Paris.  What I really wish was if I could remember the name of the chocolate shop in Paris where a friend bought us the best dark chocolate with salted caramel filling.

In which  neighborood/district?

Chocolate with salted ( often with sel de Guérande) caramel is very trendy, so it is not a sufficient clue.

In addition, many pastry makers as Pierre Hermé or Le Nôtre sell not bad chocolate at all as well.

Jacques Genin ? He makes great caramels and fruit paste; his shop is rue de Turenne, not far from Place de la République and Cirque d'Hiver.
